    This is my first apartment I have never lived in an apartments complex before , I was waiting for our new home to be built, I can do month to month here and I already extend it to 5 months and to be honest its always quiet and peaceful , my experience has been amazing. The staff and maintenance are awesome!!! Roberta always takes care of me

    This is the WORST apartment complex ever!!! I currently live here & for starters they charged us more than the price it says online (do not trust online prices). Then they lied to my fianc & said they only had furnished apartments available (we can see that theres a lot of empty apartments. Plus, if we didnt want a furnished apartment they couldve taken their cheap furniture out easily). They put us in one of the older buildings which was fine until the sink got clogged & we had brown & black water overfilling onto the floor. Our cat tried to drink it!! & we lost a whole sheet & our new towels trying to soak up the nasty water! My fianc fixed it himself & I had to buy drano because even the tub wont drain properly. On top of all this, someone didnt mark that we paid last month so they were charging us double plus 2 late fees. My fianc paid it because he was scared we were going to get evicted. They said they couldnt accept our 2 money orders because they werent the correct amount. We finally cleared things up today & they admitted that someone didnt mark us down as paid for May. So its like we paid for July in advance now. This was extremely stressful! They overcharged us, lied about their availability, forced us to go with the furnished apartment, they messed up our payments, we had to deal with black water overfilling from the sink (yes, fully black!) & theres like a bleach stain on the carpet, theres a chip on the wooden furniture & the couch was already torn when we moved in. Theres also cigarette burns on the table. I guarantee theyre going to try to blame us for all of this & theyre going to keep our deposit. We paid $300 for a pet deposit & $400 for a regular deposit! We are moving out as soon as our 6 month lease is up. Do not do business with these people!!! Its worth it to pay a little extra at Kings Hill or somewhere else.
