We are happy to hear that you've had a positive experience in our community. We understand that parking for guests can be frustrating but we prioritize our resident parking over guest parking. If you have any questions about this, please come to our office. Thank you!
I've lived her for 7yrs. My rent is double too what I paid from my initial release . There is no amenities, bu Read Moret because of "bear creek" it's priced higher. Took 6.5 yrs for new carpet . Last carpet in my unit was installed on 2008. I moved in 2011, finally replaced in 2018. The complex is quiet and nice. Michelle is the best manager I've had, she takes care of everything and is quick to respond and or send help. You'd think with long term tenants that help out the community would be given a discounted rate.

- Too much expensive
- Last month, I paid $130 for water and I am sure that I did not use $15 of water. Read More I guess they charge swimming pool water bill on us.
- I used to pay $100 for electricity for 4 bed rooms house including a big living room. I paid $140 for electricity for 1/4th size in area for the apartment.
-It is an old building and it just consume electricity four times more than the regular. They are not interested to upgrade anything. I could see 100W filament bulb still hanging in my bathroom, though I never turn it on.
-Too old and not maintained apartment.
- I have to carry my grocery 50 meters from parking lot to an apartment. That is terrible. Just think of carrying a cart full of grocery by hands.
- And they try to show outer surrounding good by coloring and gardens. This is kind of trap.
