Bugs bugs bugs! You will be paying for bug if you live here. Trust me it's horrible. I didn't renew my lease and moved out quickly. Not gonna pay $900 for roaches and unit that still has appliances from the 1970's. Lol! Plenty of nice new apartments in Bedford area just saying.

Lots of bugs at Parc Plaza. The maintenance people take over months to fix anything. I went two months without a working refrigerator and toilet. I had to call corporate before they actually decided to fix it. They need to upgrade appliances not having a washer dryer hook ups in these days is terrible. There's are old and brake down all the time. Sorry I don't recommend loving here. Also was a fire in next apartment to mine. Rent will probably sky rocket. it is very run down here.

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!! They showed us a model with nice upgraded custom wooden closets, and told us that all the upgraded models come with these "new" closets. We loved the closets and the nice backsplash in the kitchen, among other things, so we made the decision that day - we found our new home. A week later they called to say that the apartment we were signing for was now no longer available - the current resident declared bankruptcy and refused to move - but they said they had another one just like it available in another month and a half. After we asked several times if the new place was fully upgraded and had the nice closets, we agreed to stay where we were until we could have that nice new unit. When it was the week of move-in, we weren't allowed to see the apartment because "they're still cleaning the carpets" so we ended up moving in, sight-unseen. You can imagine our dismay when move-in day comes, and the closets have the old white wire shelves, no backsplash in the kitchen, and significant water damage to both bathroom cabinets, which was just painted over and looked HORRIBLE. Then suddenly the story changed, and the closets were now "an old upgrade from the previous management company" and are only available "in certain apartments", and they "can't do anything about it". When I explained to the manager, Tiffany, why we felt so deceived, she blamed it on her "girls" and said she couldn't take responsibility for them. (If you're a MANAGER, you learn to MANAGE your people like a professional!) When I asked if we could have a parking space instead, the manager told me that they just recently were told they could no longer comp parking spaces because all the residents were arguing over who paid for them and who didn't, so no more free parking. How conveniently timed. The management promises to try to work with you but they know you're stuck in a contract so you can't do anything and you can't go anywhere, and they won't do anything for you. AVOID!!
