    This started out as an 'okay' place when I moved in 2018, but a change in the office management in early 2020 negatively impacted the community. The new folks are clearly lazy and disinterested in meeting requests for maintenance or addressing complaints. Garbage being left outside a neighbor's door was never addressed, despite multiple complaints. Roaches were an ongoing problem, regardless of apartment cleanliness. Garbage regularly piles up around (outside)the dumpsters before the scheduled pickup. Privacy is not valued as my apartment was entered on more than one occasion without my prior knowledge or consent. Oh, and I was not told about the train! Despite always paying rent on time and being quiet and clean, I felt my tenancy was not valued.

    I am a PREGNANT WOMAN LIVING WITH NO A/C and ROACHES; I stay in building #21. I moved in this unit in February 2020, and ever since the first week I moved in I have had numerous issues with this apartment and no one seems to care to fix it. My issue is I pay rent on time every month and I still run into the same issues with this complex. But I bet if I stopped paying my rent you all would seem to care immediately. The first issue is that the apartment has a serious bug problem there are roaches and gnats everywhere. I have called the office and scheduled for pest control to come out numerous of times and the bugs still are in this apartment; nothing the pest control team has done is working. The thing that bothers me the most is I pay a pest control fee every month and theyre worthless. When I first moved in these apartments I was told that pest control comes every Wednesday and I only see pest control when I call to make a complaint. So, I need pest control to do something more then just spray water solution on my floor. Do you live with roaches? I dont think you do, so why would you think that I would want to live with roaches? The second issue is the a/c. If you all go back and check my records for this unit you will see that Ive been complaining about the a/c unit not working since Ive moved in! This is causing my electricity bill to be $300 and more because it is always broke! I just recently put in a request last week for someone to cme and fix the a/c unit and no one ever came. Why would you all not send anyone when 1.) Its above 90 degrees outside everyday and 2.) I pay my rent on time! I am a pregnant woman and I walk around the house and sleep in the heat every night. Can you all please fix this air tomorrow, Monday July 13? And are you all going to be able to accommodate for this electricity bill because my bill has been double what I used to pay for the past 3-4 months all because you all fail at doing your jobs?

    DO NOT MOVE HERE. Stay away. Management is useless, parking is horrendous, and random charges/fees are constantly being added out of nowhere spiking the initial price for rent and bills.

    Maria is HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer/tenant service skills are A ZERO! Everything is raggedy and barely works. Ive been lied to multiple times to sign a lease (ie telling me my tub would be resurfaced or carpet replacement) but NOTHING IS HONORED! People like that manager Maria should never be allowed in any capacity of management along with ANY WESTDALE MANAGED PROPERTIES! They do NOT VALUE TENANTS

    They dont tell you about the train that comes blaring through 3 times a night or the horrible parking and how the manager is always too busy to talk to you about your complaint
