12/5/2018. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I have stayed at these apartments for almost 4 years now with relatively no pr Read Moreoblems. Within the last year though, I have had issues with my rent reflecting a higher than normal charge and every month the issue is addressed and the reason is no record of renters insurance. I have renters insurance, mind you. And EVERY month I've emailed a copy of it, and problem solved, but why must I deal with that every month? Now this month is a different issue.. I went to pay my rent online however there was a 0.00 balance reflecting. Every persons dream, right? I didn't think much of it as I knew there was obviously an error, I was just glad it wasn't an overage charge. I called a day later only to be told in so many words that I was lying. Sure I didn't take a screenshot, in which I'm so upset I didn't, but regardless why would I make up such a story? Anyway, the "final decision" from the so called management is there will be no waiving of the initial late fee which is nearly $200. In speaking to the so called manager, I was met with a very accusatory tone and insinuation that I was lying. The current "management" is indeed terrible and quite worthless. I without question will not be renewing my lease here

We applied with a leasing agent named Ali, at the time of the application we were told that the application wo Read Moreuld be 99.00 total. As we went to make the payment in the system it would not allow us to make only a $99.00 payment but instead required us to make a payment of 270.00. I did not want to make the payment, Ali assured us that the only reason we needed to make the entire 270.00 was that his manager was not at the property to override the system. This cites a system issue on your end that you should be responsible for rectifying. A few weeks go by, and my girlfriend and I received some life to changing news that required us to go in a different direction. Side note: The application process took forever and we had to frequently follow up with Ali on our end. My girlfriend called the leasing office regarding the extra money that we had to pay because of YOUR company's internal system issue. When contacting the office she was met with an attitude. At that point, I called and spoke with the assistant manager on 9/19/18, I explained the issue to her as I am to you. I was told I would receive a call back the next business day. I did not receive a callback, then on 9/24/18 I called and spoke with Ali, the assistant manager nor the manager were available to take my call. Ali stated that he would get with the assistant manager and call me back. On 9/24/18 I called and spoke with the manager, she went on to inform me that she spoke with the regional manager for the area. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years. I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life, and what really pains me is that for the most part the property was beautiful and the leasing staff was great....when they were getting a new tenant.

I honestly felt like after they got us to sign the lease they really didn'tt care what issues we had. It took Read More forever to get things fixed and then gave us no compensation for not having a dishwasher or garage for weeks !

Overall pretty nice. Could have better soundproofing between floors and ceilings and also windows due to near Read Moreness of airport

Staff consistently got our contract wrong when we first moved in. Water bill was wrong on several occasions. F Read Moreor our move out bill, they tried to over charge us 92 dollars. No one was willing to look at the bill closer until we got the manager involved. After several days have past, we called the manager and she told us we were right and a new bill will be sent to us. No apology was given.
