Dogs Allowed: We accept 2 pets per apartment home. Maximum weight of pet allowed is 35 lbs. There is a $300 pet deposit which is non-refundable. Pet policy fee is $200 and monthly pet rent is $10. Vet records and photo required. Because some dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we follow breed restrictions. Please call our leasing office for our complete pet policy.

Maintenance never come to fix things when asked; they recently just partnered with a towing company thats towing residents cars off; the pools have not been in use for the 2 years Ive been here and there is no workout facility and I understand thats one of there selling tools. Visitors have to register online with towing company to come visit you even if they park in the visitors spaces. Theres more visitors parking spaces than resident spaces.

People/management in office were very rude. Didnt grant your wishes like a simple phone call before entering your apartment as requested. I didnt want anybody on there while I wasn't there. When i first moved in i had a roiket leak upstairs that caused my ceiling over the kitchen to leak everywhere, it took almost a week . & maintenance left white goop & other stuff everywhere on my couch, kitchen counters, on my pots & pans in the kitchen . Told tge office response was well talk to them

The staff are great! Helpful, friendly and responsive to resident needs. If something needs fixed they get right on it! They are updating and improving the property all the time. They take safety concerns seriously. There are monthly neighborhood watch meetings, night watchman and added more street lights.
