Attempted move... called for days straight.. many times during those days!! No call!! Drive an hr to get there to say theres a waitlist!!! Staff are incredibly terrible!!!

I have lived here for three years. The only thing good about here is it is very quite and I have no problems with anyone. As for as maintenance they are alittle slow. And the dumpster area is a horrible mess. So NASTY! A major thing for me is the pool. It is always closed. As of this year it has NOT be opened at ALL. It looks like a swamp! Also they just raise your rent when you have a lease. I had just renewed my lease and about two months later they raised my rent $10.00. The apartments areally roomy and I like the floor plan but management is another subject. They change managers like you change a baby's diaper.

Very poor quality office staff. Small office hours. They are the 8 to 6 but they are only open 12 to 6. This was supposed to be temporary with the new management but has lasted 6 months

The apartments located beside the Meridian bring in a lot of drug traffic. You can look outside your window and see deals going down. Was broken into 3 times within a year.

In the beginning they seemed to be great with being in touch with the renters needs but things changed. The staff changed and they were always leaving threatening notices on your door when to me it felt like perhaps they were having issues with people not paying rent on time but everyone would get the same notice. I hatred coming home seeing a loud color notice stuck in my door because it was always negative. Getting maintenance was horrible and you could not get a hold of anyone .

The area in the back of the apts is not fenced off which has caused a lot of traffic and "walkers"
