Felt like the agent was trying to talk me out of renting. Said other people were already applying but this site says they have 14 units available. Also told me you can only complete the application in person which is very odd and outdated. The real kicker is that this is LOW INCOME housing only. They need to advertise this as its a waste of potential renters time!!!

I saw the advertisement for the lower price apartment one bedroom and hoping that I would be a person of interest. I lease ends in end of June 2022 absolutely no luck in finding any apartment anywhere. Would have loved to see the floor plans in the space available. Its hard to give it a review of any kind because I need anymore information

Runnnn!!! Run far away from this place. You can not have anything in you patio area. They send letters constantly about how to work the trash bin. And every day there is trash all on the floor. Bins are all completely full. We were here for 12 months and all 12 months were horrible. Moved it told them about all the problems we saw when we did the walk thru. They said we will get maintenance on it right away. That was in December. Nothing was fixed till October, 2 months before we move out. Ac went out 2x. 1st time they couldnt fix so we had a window unit till was fixed. Mind you this was in july. Then happened again end of October. They had told me before that AC IS PRIORITY SO THAT WILL BE FIXED FIRST took them 3 days to come fix it.

When I applied it seemed like they didn't want me to have the aptment they kept asking for differant paper work after I had given them pretty much what they had already asked for. I was about to give up and say forget it. But everything worked out good. The lady that worked with me was very nice and helpful. She was always busy trying to work with her customer answering the phone and doing paper work. I love my place its so peaceful and quiet.

I have visited this property before and it was clean, quiet and a sense of peace during the day. I'll make a trip to see how it is at night
