    Great place to live. Management is very attentive and kind. The complex is extremely well kept. Maintenance tends to issues very quickly and almost always same day. They always notify you via text or email when they do any repairs. Great dog park and very pet friendly. Complex is very new with great appliances. No patio but the breezeways are covered and enough room for small chairs/tables. Best In Gainesville by far.

    space ok; storage????nobalcony at all for plants and outdoor living.....no access to outside but for front entrance....way cold climate for disabled person...other thanthat the property was clean and affordablethey madeevery effort to accommodate a handicap person.kmt

    My Son and I love living here!!! Apartment is all upgraded looks very expensive!!! Staff and Maintenance are awesome!!! This is our Home and we wouldn't live any place else, close to I-35 and Restaurants, Shopping and Farmers Market is right down the street that is being built now.

    From the moment I met the Builder, the Property Manager ( Loraina ) and got a First Class tour of the property, I knew this would be my next home. Be advised, I hadn't seen the apartment yet, only pictures online. Once I viewed the unit and toured the property, I fell in love with the amenities. Loraina spent quality time with me and was beyond spectacular in making my move as smooth a transition as possible. The Liberty is my new home and I'm looking forward lot be part of a thriving community. Thanks Loraina!!! You Rock!!!!
