lost rent checks twice, lost papers to transfer lease, overall very un organized office

The office staff changed over three times in a one year span and each time it seemed that the customer service just continued to drop. When we moved out there was no explanation of what they were going to charge us or anything like that. It was a horrible experience and the apartments need new appliances and new tile in all bathrooms. moldy tiles. Gross.
