I love living at ABC! The staff is always so nice and anytime I place a work order it never takes more than 48 Read More hours to be accessed and completed!! I will renew at the end of my lease and continue referring my friends here!

Current The Arts Apartments at Broadway Commons I & II Resident
I've been living at the Arts Apartments for a while and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The Read Moreoffice staff is always so on top of things and the maintenance team is so quick with work orders and any issues that come up! They have a 24 hour maintenance staff here on property and one time I called about a clogged toilet and he showed up within 15 minutes. I am coming up to the end of my lease term and plan on renewing once again!!

the office staff were very rude toward me and my mother, I had to call maintaintance every week for the same i Read Moressues, and there were times i would put in a request and the maintaintance crew would mark the request complete when it was not. I was charged for blinds that was not my fault for breaking (the door knob was the reason)

Because everything in this apartment is old and wore out. The light switch in both of the bedroom don't work a Read Morend when I inform the Manager she didn't do anything about it. She just stated the on myside of the building they don't work.
