Quiet, pet friendly. Great schools. Walkable to the groceries store. What else do you need? That is all.

This neighborhood is close to an interstate. There is an attraction nearby, the Mesquite Arena for rodeos or other public events.

I like most of the people. I live in an all bills paid quiet apartment. I like the game rooms and night life.

The neighbors are super friendly. There are kids that are playing in the street, and everyone is super nice and friendly

stability of neighbors for the most part. friendly folks who watch out for each other.
