Hot tube is always broken. Lived there for 5 years with plenty of issues. Charged me $78 dollars for blinds when I moved out. 5 years there and because I did not tell them that the blinds were broken, while I lived there, they charged me. Not talking about the expensive wooden 3 inch blinds. The little plastic ones that break if you look at them wrong. Got bed bugs from a neighbor as well. So that is always nice to think about. No compensation for that issue. I felt like I deserved something for the headache of getting bit constantly for a couple of months. Plus my fiance would have like an allergic reaction to the bite. I was not charged for treatments, but I had to get rid of a couch and buy a bunch of bed bug covers; probably spent around $800 on that. When I called and talked to them about the blinds and brought up that; all they said was "that is why we make you have renters insurance." Yeah so I can pay more per month for claiming that stuff? So if you want to move here make sure you get the 6 month lease and get out as soon as possible. There is no reason to stay because all they will do is raise your rent every time you renew your lease. When I said that the manager said "Where would you see a place that the rent would go down?" I didn't ask for it to go down, but how about stay the same? The price when we first moved in was great. The living room was super small, but the bedrooms were big. Office never returns phone calls (during our bed bug incident). Work orders get done pretty fast. Air conditioners can not keep up with the summer heat(in my unit). So prepare to be miserable in the summer and still pay $250 for electricity. Heater was pretty good. Always think about the bed bugs though. They could of been in the apartment you rent. Crawling in your bed. Waiting to suck your blood in the middle of the night. Sweet dreams!!

I paid my rent every month in full but was without a working kitchen for 3 months. There were no cabinet doors or drawers in the kitchen nor were there any doors on the bathroom cabinets. I finally got doors about 30 days after being in there but didn''??t get the kitchen drawers for approximately 90 days. Even when I got kitchen drawers I couldn''??t open them. I did request a pull for the drawers but was told I could not get them because ''??The Royal St. Moritz did not have drawer pulls.

This place is nice, but a bigger work out facility would make it better! Rent is a little pricey but the location makes it worth it. Maintenance staff is fast and thorough. Leasing office employees need to have better communication between each other when dealing with paperwork/leases for residents.

It was always dirty, the hallways were never cleaned up, dob feces everywhere... the rent went up too high too fast, very bad customer services..., if anything broke, we were pretty much on our own... overall, a feeling that we are not wanted there.. there were people complaining that they were " invited to leave" because they needed some more units to charge a higher rent of new comers... I am not impressed at all.

The property is good overall and well maintained. However, pool and noise policies are not enforced. It's not uncommon during the summer for loud pool-parties extending well past midnight. Calling administration has no effect.

The complex was dirty on a regular basis. Residents had pets off leash causing dangerous situations. Our apartment had an issue with bugs. I have rented three apartments that I found on Rent.com this is the only one I would not recommend.
