Office staff doesn't care. You report an issue and it's always "I'll see what I can do", which is apparently nothing. The landscape is nothing but dead grass and dirt. The only landscape that is taken care of is around the office. All the apartments have roaches and pest control people are not good at keeping them away. They have been "upgrading" the Apts to charge more than these apartments are worth and using cheap materials. Only 1 tennis court is usable but it also needs a lot if fixing. The laundry mat is small and expensive! They always raise the rent during a release by at least $50. It's nearly impossible to get an office staff to answer the phone. The new management company just wants profit and doesn't care that people actually live here! I'm moving out when my lease is up. A lot of people having been moving out. I suggest you speak to people who actually live here instead of the fake smiles from the office staff.

if you can deal with a roach or two, it's okay. price is reasonable. setup of apartment is great. has working fireplace, ceiling light in bedroom (don't need a floorlamp, necessarily. washer/dryer hookup. plenty patio space. railings for upstairs apts. huge closet in bedroom (i have 1 bedroom unit, upstairs). just make sure you get frequent visits from pest control. not much cupboard space in kitchen, but, i worked my way around that.ceiling fan in l.room and/or air is great.
