    I have lived in the complex for several years and decided to purchase a new home. When I physically went into the office to provide notice, they told me it was paperless, but my notice in the system and I went about my day. Now that my lender needs the notice, I went to get one and was told not only about the fees for breaking my lease but that I never signed a notice. They took no responsibility for the error and made it my fault for not requesting the notice. The front desk receptionist Melissa, talked down to me constantly. Stated that I was rude. Would not let me finish a sentence much less listen to my concerns. Being in customer service the first and foremost is to listen the concerns of the customer that you are providing a service for. I could not even ask my follow up questions on how the additional fees would be billed because I felt like they no longer cared about what I had to say. When I said I will ask them to corporate, she said and I quote "I know that they are going to say to you." When I said "you do not even know what the question is", she proceeded to say "Oh I know what they will tell you." They decided from the moment I walked in the door that I was in the wrong. The whole situation would have been different if they only took accountability for the fact that they should have insisted that I sign a notice when I first went into the office in October. Or had the original apartment manager that I gave my notice to taken the time to see that my move out date was not 60 days from my notice. I am not disputing any of the fees nor the fact that I am breaking the lease. Just very upset that I was hit with all this new information 15 days before I move out. But according to Melissa this is all my fault for not reading my lease nor knowing how to do their job.

    No parking, staff will not return emails or phone calls, Maintence is poor, just look at the trash behind the dumpsters for that, not enough parking. The list goes on and on. Avoid this place, nothing but problems

    I have been here since 2012. It was wonderful until 2017. I love my apartment (but.) Work orders are not completed on time. Took almost four weeks to try to fix a stove switch. Thanks to the Regional Manager I finally had it replaced. Took two days to fix a backup/clogged bathroom. Told me since I had two they would get to it when they could. I wish it would have been at their home. (Smelly bathroom). I don't know what is going on, but we have a turn of maintenance men almost every two weeks. You don't know who is going to be knocking on your door.

    Office staff were rude. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. My subfloor was damaged and had to have carpet ripped up and floor relayed and the carpet was reinstalled poorly. When I moved out the tried to charge me for it. Very poor management the never walked the apartment before I moved in.

    Unknown charges are always found and you will receive invoices in the middle of the month. Check to make sure all discounts and specials are applied to your account because if not then you might be over paying in rent.
