The staff was very incompetent. They never took care of any problems we had. We had loud neighbors that were making inappropriate noises all night long and on the other side we had neighbors that fought all the time. We had to call the cops on more than one occasion. The staff never did anything about the noise problems. They only told one neighbor once and said neighbor ended up confronting us trying to start a fight. Our rent was constantly raised so they could pay for unnecessary remodeling.
