Lawn management and maintenance is horrendously bad here. There are stray cats galore, dog feces on almost eve Read Morery free patch of grass possible, and no support team in place to enforce community rules. Trash bins frequently overfill and people stack furniture on the curbside to make their trash someone else's problem. Outdoor pools are poorly maintained, and one of them is not even being maintained at all, the maintenance team has just locked it off from resident access. Inside the apartments, the sink has next to no water pressure, we moved in to two broken toilets, and the dishwasher leaks.

Overall it is a fine complex for the money, but the residents have changed over the last two years for the wor Read Morese. I have had multiple maintenance problems with appliances and about half of the time, management has not believed me. It can be quite frustrating. There are some cosmetic things that I notified the apartment about when I moved in 4 years ago that they have done nothing about in this time frame. For the money, I definitely recommend it, but if you are looking for a very safe apartment complex with good amenities, then it may not be for you. I have not have any safety problems, but walking gate no longer has a lock which means that the gates for the cars to go through are useless now.
