Living in these apartments was a nightmare, the apartment above me was loud due to the fact that there is no carpeting in the upper apartments, every time they walked you could hear every step and hear everything they did, the parking sucks My car got hit while it was parked in the parking lot, the hallways are only cleaned per request or whenever they get around to it, the office staff always tells you something different as if they dont communicate with one another; for example I was told by one staff member that I could pick up something one day and when I get there only to be told by another its not available, or to be told by one staff that all the appliances are new only to find out that the statement was not true. Also, the water is dirty that comes through the pipes (Maybe old and dirty pipes).
I was not able to move in on the date planned due to something going wrong that the manager had to look at before I could move in
Next the shower head was broken
Next the washer was broken
next the air conditioner went out; for the entire month of July; they kept sending over maintenance crew whom could not fix the problem, they kept on saying nothing was wrong and adding coolant only for it to just go out the next day, finally after a month with no air in the month of July, they replaced the air conditioner.
Next I discovered mold and mildew in all the windows. I contact the office about it and they sent someone over to clean it out only for it to return in a week or so. BE WARE my lease was up on the 31st it was leased on the 2nd. MOLD & MILDEW

Horrible place to live. I have been living here for almost1 year without air conditioner. I want to make every one aware of the poor condition of this Place.

My deposit was not returned to me because of a pre-existing issue in my apartment. There was obvious disorganization in the office that resulted in me being charged for an issue that was already existing in my unit. Also, my air conditioner was not working properly for most of the summer. Maintenance was quick to respond, but the issue was never resolved. I moved out because my rent was slated to double.
