          I have been trouble with this community since 2 years ago. In and out Management, not competent and lacking of customer service. New assistant manager Jessica does not know how to listen and have a solution. Telling me her manager Mia has a personal emergency and cannot see me until Monday and since she is the one in charge, she cant deal with me until Mia is in. Because she is tired at 5:55 pm to take care of my rent issue. Im coming from out of town, my flight just arrived and my rent has not been taking from them because they are not dealing with Flex anymore (Jessica didnt even know what Flex is). Anyways, bad service, this is one issue I have, I have repeatedly send emails and no one acknowledged it received, my parking spot was taking and I have to tow the car parked there for the whole weekend, my husband had to fix the trash extractor because none came and fix it in time, a dog is been loose for a month now and no one does anything, etc etc. real bad place to come and live after 3 years here, Im ready to look around for better customer service.

          The staff was helpful. The maintenance repairs was done in a timely matter. The property grounds was aways cleaned. I did not like the patios. The boards was not secure and it was too small.
