    Just renewed my lease ONLY because of the property manager Chelsea. Great little community. Has its flaws like everywhere else would but they are actively working on fixing problems in a timely manner. Very clean. Good pricing. Very convenient place to live located near everything but secluded at the same time. As previously stated, Chelsea is great and wants to see the residents happy and comfortable.
