It's not the same Community I moved into 8 years ago. Parking issues have been horrible last 6 months . I regr Read Moreet signing a new lease . People don't take their trash cans in and put trash out on non pick up days . Trash in parking lot every morning from people who have no respect for the property. Very sad. I can't wait till my lease is over .

The first 2 weeks seemed okay. We were moved here after Harvey affected our previous apartment complex at Lake Read Moreside on Wilcrest. We received a letter about giving a 60 day notice whether we wanted to renew our lease and at the time we were house hunting so a lot could change in 60 days. We spoke with the front office and the lady told us many times we could give them up to a 30 days notice whether we wanted to stay or not. When our lease had about 35 days before a renewal we got a call from the staff saying we decided to renew since there was no response for the 60 day notice. I let her know we were told we could wait longer and they said thats not how it works. I showed up to the front office and called but the staff wasnt taking our issue seriously and they didnt bother to listen to our concern. We are now forced to pay a month to month rent which will be over $1300 even after we told them we were not going to be living there for the month of March. We spoke with a lease consultant at AMLI and they told us there is way they could take work with us but its just bad customer service.

The first two years were ok, but then there was a change in management and the staff and the manager are very Read Morenice but one staff member is ALWAYS in a bbad mood and never helps you out. You have to speak to the manager. You will definitely know when you see her because she always has an angry face, as odd as that sounds. My vehicle has been broken into 4 times and it's the homeless that break in during the cold weather. They have not done anything about it.
