Seems to be quite a bit of turnover in the management office and they make a lot of empty promises.

The Apartment Community its great for young adults. Gables Uptown is a great location for nightlife, foodies, and shopping all in walking distance. They offer an assigned parking spot in a parking garage on the same level as your apartment. the employees are really nice and the kid ratio is low, you don't need to worry about too many kids screaming on a Saturday morning or young teens late at night.
