Please keep looking!!!! Dont stop here for a apartment!!!! Im from Louisiana my husband and I came here because he received a job offer with more pay in the Kline school district... I moved in 1/11/19 and now leaving 4/6/19... was treated very unfair had a downstairs neighbor who constantly complained of noise if she heard anything coming from my upstairs apartment this lady will knock on walls.. ceiling.. constantly slam her door.. go to security... all in the daytime hours instead of the office having any concerns about my complaining about the neighbor they always left notes on my door and called saying we were to loud no having no evidence... the walls are really thin you can hear your neighbors on the phone thats how thin they are... they are really nice apartments but not worth the harassment!!! I had to get HOUSTON APARTMENT ASSOCIATION to help me out... its crazy how I was complaining.. treated very unfair but they still wanted to transfer me to another unit still paying a deposit and rent will go up.. lol shame on you guys!!! Only wanted to help and honor my same rent special after I made a compliant on the apartments!!! Please dont move here the walls are really thin.. your going to hear your upstairs neighbors No way around that... Thankful for them letting me out my lease I mean thats the LEAST they can do saying I was harassed by the office staff plus the downstairs neighbor... bad way to do business...

Amenities or play area for children. Lower pricing - the rate increase is overwhelming. Parking has been a constant concern.

The walls are thin and not enough support on the ceilings. I know every footstep my neighbors make.

The walls, ceilings, and floors are thin, making it very easy to hear noise from neighbors. If you could fix that at all, it would greatly increase the value of the apartments.
