I came in to look at a one bedroom, they informed me that there was a grease fire and that 7 1 bedroom units a Read Morere supposed to become available soon. Since I was in a pinch I asked about a 2 bedroom apartment, and they showed me one. It was a very nice unit. I put my application in and waited. And waited. I called a few times to check the status. I was told that they are waiting for the managers approval. Another time I was told that they were waiting for my rental verification. So I decided to wait for them to call. A week later they haven't called me once. Thank God I found a place that called me. If you're lucky enough to get a call back you should consider the possibility of not getting repairs as well as any resolution of any other problem. While I was in the office before I veiwed an apt a lady walked in, she is a resident, she told them that someone stole her clothes from the washer. The lady was loud and the lady I was speaking to asked her if she was ok in a very rude way. The woman answered no, so the employee told her to go sit in her office. So again that's something negative. Think wisely and cautiously.

Management turnover - no real consistency or follow through with long term plans

Both our vehicles were broken into. And had locked property stolen from our patio. Pool was never clean. Staff Read More was friendly, but not helpful when these incidents occurred, literally stating that they couldn't help us. Also they're really good at finding ways not to return your deposit. The units are big and spacious, but I would not tent here again.
