I have been here for four years and it gets worse every year. I've been living across from a burnt out abandon Read Moreed apartment for almost a year. We've got issues with bugs, the carpets coming up, the floors coming up, and stove doesn't always work.

At the renewing of my lease I requested that some things be done in my apartment! Some of the things are carpe Read Moret needing to be cleaned, towel rack needs to be replaced in my bathroom, filters needing to be changed in the vents, sink is leaking in the kitchen, etc! NONE of these jobs have been done YET! I don't think it's fair that these jobs have been done but your rent is ALWAYS to be paid in full and on time!!! I'm not a troublesome tenant! I'm just asking that you do what's asked of you!!! Thanks!
