I like that is close to Uptown and downtown and it's well kept. I don't agree with the valet trash? It should be optional because I burly use it and when I need it they don't do these days (Friday & Saturday). Finding parking is a hustle every day. Maintenance is not the best Sometimes I must report the same problem twice.

I've lived here for going on 5 years and have loved it. I always feel safe in the complex. Staff is always friendly and the complex is kept up very well. It's a nice and quiet complex but location wise close to so much in the Houston area.

Didn't have the best move-in experience and many things were wrong with the apartment upon move-in, also weird rules about if you moved in after the 3rd of the month there was a fee. However, maintenance was on point quickly to fix everything and the manager waived the fee for moving in after the 3rd. Grounds are lovely, heated pool and same floor parking in the garage is a plus! Sadly am moving out due to raising rent prices and the upstairs neighbors are the most rude and inconsiderate neighbors I've ever had in all the 13 years of living in apartments.

NPO Lofts is a great place to live! Apartments are nice and roomy, amenities are maintained properly and the staff is quite helpful if you need emergency maintenance work.
