No calls answered from opening up til currently 11:53. What is this ? I am new tenant and I can't get in touch with no one. This to me is not.ffos service or satisfies the promises this luxury apartment is supposed to yield. I have to wait to get pertinent answers. Why?

Staff nice, friendly and professional. Slow response time for any maintenance request. No visual security or police present. The front entrance gate broke, Im sure it will be fixed as soon as they raise the money for the repairs.

1. Failed to notify me at 60 days out from my lease date renewal. Section 36.1D of the lease I signed with this property stated If we require you to give us more than 30 days written notice to move out before the end of the Lease term, we will give you 1 written reminder not less than 5 days nor more than 90 days before your deadline for giving us your written move-out notice. If we fail to give a reminder notice, 30 days written notice to move-out is required. They failed to give me a reminder, and refused a 30-day notice 2. Month to month fee not communicated. After not allowing me to leave my lease they added a month to month fee to my rent that wasnt communicated through mail or in my lease. 3. Took possession of my apartment while I was still occupying it. I was paying for 2 dwellings, as I did not have a way to get out of my original lease agreement in time to move into my new dwelling. They took possession of my apartment while I was still paying rent so they could start getting it ready for the next tenant. 4. Missing possessions When they took possession of my dwelling, they sent different contractors into my unit to restore it. They left the front door unlocked and boxes I left behind with business computer equipment in them went missing. I reported this to the community and still have not gotten my stuff back. 5. No return of deposit. The apartment was left in very good condition, and I still did not receive my deposit back. I was told by management that my deposit has been sent out however a month later I still have not received it. I have emailed the staff about this with concern. 6. Hung up in my face. The staff here hung up in my face at one point when I brought these problems to their concern.

nice until you have a change and had to move due to parent going in nursing home and they charge you close to 5 thousand for breaking the lease would not even consider a break All i got was "If i do for you would have to do for others"

The management team in addition to the aesthetic of the apartment interiors are the reason for my stay and satisfaction with The Reserve at Jones Road. The team is lovely to deal with daily, from packages to events & more. And the appearance of the apartments are open for individual customization, with up-to-date appliances and amenities, very important. If I had the option to choose again, I would go with this location always. Yes, I would recommend The Reserve at Jones Road.
