Jessica, the apartment manager, doesnt keep track of how many guests people have during the summer so its over run by people who dont live there. They break glass by the pool and dont clean up after their dogs. The winter is quiet, because she always closes the hot tub during the only months it would actually be nice to have.
Management also lets people party until 3am on weeknights, and they never in my years living here have checked parking passes, so the parking lot is always full of too many more cars than its designed to hold.
The events they like to host are often multi-level marketing schemes selling junk essential oils.
Save yourself a headache and dont live here. The manager is incompetent, which drags the whole place down.

When we first moved in the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and since then they have switched almost the entire staff out who are not helpful nor friendly! The landscaping has also taken a turn for the worse with dog waste not being picked up. Overall we will definitely be moving once our lease is up!
