    I'm not one who leaves reviews, but here it is. I lived here a couple of years ago, was quite happy with the management and the renovation. Had an accident w medical emergency and had to cut my lease short. The mgmt were quite understanding and helpful. I just recently moved back here, and as an ex-property owner/landlord for 10 years myself I appreciate the renovation effort, well done, and once again their efforts to make things right for their tenants. I've read some of these negative reviews and quite honestly can't figure out why, perhaps they brought their own problems w them. I've been fortunate to have lived around the world and as far as Houston goes, this place is top notch.

    We left because we had rats in the entire building and the management was not doing anything.

    Good price for amount of space. Not renovated and the buildings and fixtures are old so not excellent. Many cars parked in spaces that were broken down. :(
