No breed restrictions and I am able to walk to school from here. Office staff is always helpful and friendly. Ive recommended my friend here and I was able to get a referral fee which took money off of my rent. Really like my apartment.

The place was everything as advertised, and throught the time I lived there, many upgrades were made. I'm satisfied, although security could be better.

Apartment was infested with roaches and had rats. Rat droppings on floor. Nothing was done about rats. Spraying for roaches did no good. Had to sleep on floor to 10 months because of infestation. Was not taking furniture into this apartment. Bathtub and sink had been recoated before move in/wet for two weeks/could not bathe. Pipe broke flooding my dining room/living room,noisy neighbors, nothing done when complained. Tires/mirrors stolen from vehicle. Someone ran into my vehicle in prkg lot.
