    This community is so close to fun shops, great grocery stores, and easy access to lots of places, yet it is situated on a quiet street. It's great to be close to so many things and be able to come home to a peaceful place.

    I'm pretty satisfied with Essex House. Location is good, staffs are friendly, maintenance problems seem to resolved in a timely manner.

    You could not offer a better location. I researched this area thoroughly prior to leading from the Essex and found them to be an excellent value compared to complexes nearby. It really feels like a home. The buildings are quiet, the landscaping is beyond compare and I can easily walk to Highland Village shopping and restaurants.

    Essex location is very convenient to the markets and is just 8 min drive to my Office. The area is safer and good accessibility to expressways.
