From the exterior or in passing by the property appears to be an excellent place to live; however, it is in need of great upkeep from interior. The breezeways are filthy and residents put trash out all days in the assigned areas instead of the Monday, Wednesday and Friday assigned days. Therefore cats and dogs tear open bags and trash is spread everywhere. Breezeway ceiling fans don't work and breezeway and stairwell lights go unchecked and are out for days. Office personnel give the runaround about delayed maintenance requests. Residents are not informed about incidents (trouble, crimes) on property.

The complex is not as clean as it should be. Litter is a problem. Trash receptacles should be placed by each elevator. There should be a bin to place trash until trash pickup day. The entrances and the trash pickup areas are particularly soiled. A pressure washing is needed for those areas. I believe in the broken window theory When things are maintained in a certain way, people respect that and continue to maintain it in that condition. The elevators need to be repainted. There is rust.

When we first moved in it was very nice and quite, but later I noticed some things were being neglected, then children started not just visiting but living in. Management was very nice and helpful.
