The entire team has been wonderful! Living at the Vizcaya has been a place I love to call home Since day one o Read Moref leasing to moving in and living here for 2 years. Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours, they leave a clean work area when they are done and a comment card with their name and details of the service completed. Vizcaya is a very pleasant, and welcoming community. They keep their word, and are always quick to respond to Read Moreall matters. The community is also quiet & very well kept. The office does a great job at making us residence aware of any changes, or community repairs going on ..as long as youre staying up to date with your email.

Harvey did affect this complex and looks like the restoration part of it is taking time. Just moved in and wan Read Moret to move out. Paying too much for an apartment that was not ready to lease or live in. Disputes between contractors and leasing office make it an inconvenience for renters to call the place HOME. When you move in to a newly renovated apartment that cost more than the other. THE APARTMENT SHOULD BE MOVE IN READY. Disappointed.

While we hate to see a resident leave, we also offer a 45 day move-in satisfaction guarantee if you find that any Cortland community is not the right fit for you after moving in. I am sorry that you are having difficulties with parking. Guests are permitted to park anywhere in the community so long as they have received a guest pass from the office and are not parked in a reserved spot.
