Great place to live in. Peaceful,beautiful. Nice staff. Fast responding to resolve any problem you are dealing with . very nice interior I recommend it to anyone who likes to live in a peaceful natural place.

I moved to CA last year, but if I want to come back to Houston one day I would love to go back to walden of west chase apartments because the Apartments are clean and safe and the staff are kind and friendly and they do excellent job every time if I ask and also they respond as soon as possible they could. It's great to be one of their residents.

Walden of Westchase has been a great place to live. My neighbors are all friendly, the office staff is nice, the grounds are kept clean, and it is in a safe little pocket of the Westchase area (I ran a crime report for the apartments in the area). This isn't a brand new complex so there's some character to the exterior, but my apartment interior is nice and clean. For amenities there's a nice pool and a couple bbq pits. Nice, safe, quiet apartment without extra amenities driving the price up
