            Roaches roaches roaches!!! Do not move here!!! Ive had roaches since I moved in theyre literally on my move in sheet, I was told it was just because the unit was vacant, the problem never changed! I dont even have food in my apt anymore, theyre everywhere specially in the bathroom! Its a horrible area now, the 24/7 convenience store is loud until 2 am and has homeless people all over. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside, even a neighboors conversation, theres also no privacy between the balconies unless you have a corner unit like mine. A drug head tried to break into my door screaming and banging for whoever lived in the unit before me, they did call the police and trespass him but he has been back twice since. The elevator is small, old, and one is always broken, the gym isnt a gym, laundry machines will ruin your clothes. If they make you park in the garage on the second floor a leaky oily pipe stripped all the paint off my car and Neighboors and they did nothing to fix it even tho the maintenance told us it was their fault, because we didnt have it in writing or recorded we were both out of new paint jobs Im trying to get out of this place but they wont let me, said I never gave my 60 notice so now am having to pay crazy prices on top of throwing all my furniture away due to the roaches, Im here until jan 1 if you have any questions or would like to see the roaches yourself Ill give it 2 stars because the on site staff has been great

            It's an old building and the look and feel of it reflects that. The patios or balconies facing south overlook a rundown convenience store. The balconies are big but there is no separation between the apartments which means neighbors can look right in your bedroom at any time unless you completely close your windows with blinds or curtains
