People are constantly letting their kids run around unsupervised and the children are very disrespectful and cause damage throughout the property. The amenities inside the apartments are old/damaged. The carpet does not get replaced even when flooding occurs and maintenance rarely shows up when they say they will to fix problems.

1. Employees are late to open the office. If operating hours are starting at 900a, there should be someone opening the doors at 900a. There was 4 different occasions where I had to wait an extra 15 - 30 minutes.
2. Poor customer service - No one follows up on repair tickets - took weeks before someone can fix my toilet
3. Someone had tried to break in to the apartment so they broke part of the door frame and actual door. It took 3 days for someone to take a look at my door, then the fix was

The complex is nice and well mantained. The location is good, lots of restaurants and stores around, however, it is not the safest place. There were cars vandalized at this property almost every week, and the management did little to help prevent this or to improve safety conditions.
Also, when moved out they charged us unreasonable fees for cleaning and paiting and even "re-surfacing" kitchen counters"when we only lived there for 6 montha and took very well care of the apartment.
