Office staff are unprofessional. The lease expired at the end of July. I was in touch to set up a new lease i Read Moren early january and agreed that it would be sent to Mr. Ames who is a 92 year old disabled man. The office apparently prepared the lease but made no effort to email me (guarantor and living in Maryland) or the resident Mr Ames. They then insisted that as a result of our negligence it would be month to month and the initial terms of the lease that was offered were no longer valid. SO we now have to pay $100/mo more than originally agreed because they dropped the ball. It is unacceptable. Also for 6 months we have been asking that the shower be fixed and that has not happened.

Thers roaches, gate very often gets stuck and reminds open. Dog owners don't pick up theirs pets poop , there Read Morewater leaks on the garage all the time !

Our team is constantly trying to improve so thank you for leaving us your feedback. We understand that pests can be incredibly frustrating, however, we do have ways of addressing this issue so please come into our office.
