Local Reviews

I like that the local bus was across the street, i also like that its a corner store across the street and i like the fact that my house is on the corner

I like the police presence and that its close to downtown. I feel that's what makes it unique because it's pretty much close to everything in the city. It has a lot of bars and restaraunts so many people enjoy staying here.

I like going to the store and to the park with my partner and just drive around just exploring the town

We are a family oriented neighborhood. There are few places that are nearby and our family and friends like to visit our own homes.

The only improvement would be to add a park to workout. And to not have so many cars parked on the street and blocking sidewalks.

I like the front yard service by the HOA. I like that there are shrubs for each house.
