Timbers of Deerbrook

I've been living here for quite awhile and I really love living there its location is everything to me, it really is, I love sitting on my balcony and watching the cars pass by from morning, noon, and night while drinking a beer. but due to unfavorable circumstances its time for me to say goodbye!

They take forever to fix anything you complain about ac,carpet,pest the gate at entry has been broken for months

Everything is wrong with this place. Starting with the management, going all the way down to the maintenance. Management is poor here. The manager doesn't care about any of the renters. He talked to me like I was an ignorant child. The maintenance here are something else. We had put in several work orders and maintenance would just close them without completing them. Especially the latest one. I asked the office if they could send someone out to wash out the coils on our a/c. My wife even submitted a work order and they just closed it and never did anything. The pest control that we pay monthly for, yet they never come. The roaches are so bad in this complex. We aren't dirty people at all. Everyone here has an issue with these things. This entire property needs to be completely redone. Making these little changes to basically front the property and entice people to move in. That money should be going towards putting in new windows, new patio doors, ceiling fans would be great. The seals on the patio doors are so old that most of the a/c just escapes and your electric bill shoots through the roof.
