Every staff member on location knew me by name. such a family oriented environment. In fact, my neighbors grew to be some of the most important and memorable people I have in my life. the maintenance dept is where i have the biggest problem. they have fixed a cabinet a couple of times and it i Read Mores still broken . we had a water heater break and they fixedit right away but forgot to replace the carpet pad until we asked twice

Thank you for letting us know about the concerns you have at home. We try our best to resolve all maintenance requests promptly and in the order they come in. The best thing to do about those things is to let the front office know of your concerns so that they can take the appropriate measures.
