    These apartments have met every expectation I had when looking for a new apartment. I love living in a newer place that has all of the upgrades expected these days. I now have a big open kitchen where I can see everything going on around the apartment while I cook because my stove is right there on my island facing everything. There's actually a big side by side refrigerator that can actually hold enough food for my large family. Very convenient. The staff in the office was so fun and pleasant to talk to and made moving in as painless as possible. They have been great in my eyes. Contrary to reviews I see from well over a year ago, maintenance has always been there quickly to take care of any service requests I put in, most often same day service or the next day. Parking is a little limited for guests, but it's very quick and simple to have guests register to park in guest parking. I have a garage anyway which allows me my garage space plus an extra space right outside of it that my guests can use also without having to register. There's many people that have the same option with garages. Regardless, I pay the rent, so I fully expect that myself and other residents should be the main priority for parking over guests having a bunch of parking. Overall, my experience with everybody has been amazing & I will probably continue living here for a very long time, definitely until I buy a house because I have lived a lot of places and this beats them all.

    Quiet gated community and apartments are nicely done. Parking is a challenge and very limited for guests. Leasing staff is friendly but the maintenance team leaves a lot to be desired. It takes several requests to get them to the apartment. An example is the pool is closed as Memorial Day weekend kicks off because they put chemicals in it. Very poor planning by apartment management.

    Very nice interior apartments. However, the parking & management were horrible. There are literally 17 visitor parking spots for over 300 units. 17! Visitors have to register their vehicle on a website inputting their tag, make, model, and color of vehicle. They also had to include who they were visiting and it expired after 24 hours. If you have an out of town guest who parked & registered their car, but forgot to reregister it after 24 hours, they are towed and its no less than $300 to get the car back! My boyfriend had to once park at the Tom Thumb across the street and walk to my apartment so he could have somewhere to park. It was literally THE WORST apartment complex Id ever been in. Basically you cant have visitors because there is not enough parking. I am not exaggerating when I say there are 17 visitor parking spots in the entire complex of 300+ apartments. I literally counted them 1 evening. If you try to get out of your lease, unless someone comes and leases it, youre responsible for every month up until your lease ends but make sure you give them the 60 days notice to vacate! If youre a person who doesnt socialize or invite people over occasionally, then this apartment may Work for you. If youre the opposite RUN!!! Also when I received my deposit in the mail, they jacked my water bill WAY UP! I had never had a water bill over about $30-$40 while I was living there but they charged me over $70 for my water bill and deducted it from my deposit. I would never advise anyone to move here... the interior is beautiful but thats about it. Also what the other person said about trash is true. People also allow their pets to urinate in the hallways instead of taking them to grass.
