    I have lived in this community for nearly a year. One of the few good things about these properties is the location, other than that basically everything else is disappointing. The workout area is relegated to a shed with a treadmill, an elliptical, a stationary bike with broken pedals, an all-in-one piece of equipment that is missing a majority of the parts needed to actually utilize it, and a broken television. The pools are open a very short period of time during the season before they let them go. The office staff is rude and seemingly loves to send out whiny, accusatory emails to the entire complex for 'issues' that are insignificant or don't apply to 99% of the tenants. Management is supposed to conduct quarterly maintenance (changing of the air filter on the a/c unit and visual inspection of the water heater), but they have not done so since February--I'm sure they'll either try to blame their tenants for that one or charge for 'damages' after move out. On top of all of that, and the lack of proper preventive maintenance, I'm fairly certain they're Water Damage Restoration companies number one client because you can see one of their vans around the community working on apartments with water damage from their water heater weekly.

    I lived in Summertime Villas from may 2013 to sept 2018. The initial mangament was great. Then new managment came in June 2018 and thats when everything changed.
    The main issue was the water bill. My small one bed one bath was averaging at $10 a month for water. Afterwards, it shot up to $25 to $30 a month, even for entire months I wasnt there. Their "logic" behind this is "Well the water heater is always using water." Well then you might want to install new water heaters.
    On top of this, I am trying to move into a new apartment and the new apartment is asking for rental verification from AG Rentals. They tell them I have an outstanding balance of $30 for a water bill. My question is, did you not bother to try to contact me and tell me about this? NO!!!
    On top of this, the pool is never open, the laudry room is almost completely broken, and the exercise room is on the brink of becoming a storage shed. My only positive not is the maintinence guys, always prompt, friendly, and professional.
