Local Reviews

It's near enough to the city center, without being in the middle of it. It's about 3 minutes to get to the busy part of the city. It is near a theater and a couple small restaurants.

My neighborhood has lots of conveniences within driving distance. It also is only 5 minutes from the country, to get away from the city. I like taking my kids to museums and parks here. Lots of good restaurants too.

Neighbors know each other. Great community pool. Homeowners always maintain their landscape/yards. Kids seem to feel safe playing outside and adults are always watching out for the children.

It is near grocery shopping and some retail shopping centers. Only takes about 5-10 minutes to get to most places.

There is an elementary and a middle school within walking distance from where I live. There are rarely problems with neighbors.

It is convenient to restaurants and right across the street from Walmart. There is a park close by that is nice to go to.
