        SCAMMING FRAUDULENT CHARGES When we moved into Tuscany, the carpet was old and muddy with lots of hairs, pins and windows were filled with dirt, yet we did not complain because we want peace, we want a smooth transition. On our first day, we bought a high powered vacuum to clean all the surfaces as every place was but dirt and hairs. We sacrificed heavily to sweep, vacuum, and mop with thorough cleansing on windows and all. FYI We didn't have any pet and we cleaned & scrubbed every place of the apartment before we left. Our stay was supposed to be due on September 17 2023, but we decided to leave September 6 2023 early morning - which 11 days EARLIER....before that we made sure everything was clear and paid.We paid on September 02 2023 the amount $65.18 for the water and $555.00 for the last portion of the rent. HOWEVER, on September 18 2023, Aricel, emailed us to ask us to pay for the following otherwise she is going to report us to COLLECTIONS: Water: $121.95 Shampooing the carpet: 135.29 This is extremely UNFAIR & UNJUST and INJUSTICE that Tuscany has charged us with water and shampooing. While we were there in Tuscany, we never consumed water and were billed over a $100.00 it was always below $70.00 and to our shock they charged us $121.95 with only 15 days stay. And Aricel argued we should pay for the shampooing because we have to clean the carpets PROFESSIONALLY. Aricel, I would like to inform you ITS NOT THE TENANT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROFESSIONALY CLEAN the carpets but YOURS. When we moved IN, it was full of dirts, hairs, pins, all over. With all our FILIPINO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS, WE DISCUSSED TOGETHER, their carpets are also dirty, hairy and old. iT means NOBODY PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED THE CARPETS before one tenant moves in. Can we say, this is not a scamming behavior?Can we tell the world you guys are HONEST PEOPLE WITH CONSCIENCE? BEWARE!

        Gates are open a majority of the time, exercise equipment is always broken and never gets fixed. For example, the elliptical has been broken since before I moved in TWO years ago, weights have been taken and not replaced, exercise ball is deflated and one of the only two treadmills is broken and hasn't been repaired since it broke, etc. Swimming pool is poorly monitored so anyone and their families come to use it and trash it.

        Well-maintained property. Strong and effective management. Office will keep packages from UPS/FedEx. Could use better on-site or on-call security and follow up on noise issues/unsupervised children in pool/playing on property.
