Very noisy neighbors, the apartment I rented was an ex smokers apartment...so it stunk really bad. I have been gone for 3 months and I am still trying to get the stink out of my clothes and furniture.

My Neighbors Above Me Or Very Noisey And To Many Children Playing In The Breeze Way, Walls Or Very Thin. When I First Move In These Apartment It Was Quiet.

Constant roach problem. That was enough for me. I constantly complained about the roach problem. Management kept my deposit. I was out on time and the apartment was spotless. I rented a steam cleaner and had the carpet cleaned. There wasnt anything left in the apartment. I reminded the leasing office when I moved in I report urine in the guest bathroom on the floor & around the toilet. The urine was never cleaned by the apartment cleaning crew after a week I moved in.I ended up cleaning it up

One Townecrest Apartments are maintained very well and has a staff that is courteous and responsive to the needs of the residents in a very timely manner.
