I lived there for a year and it was horrible. Rent was always paid on time and we never caused any issues. SO, Read More here we go:The "security" gate was broken about 80% of the time we lived there. My car was towed after about 9 months of living there and parking in the same area. It cost me $300 to get out of the tow lot plus some because I had to call into work. When the office opened, I tried to talk to them about it and they wouldn't admit their mistake. They never paid me back for my car being towed and they did not discount my rent. Also, this was the first time my dog got fleas. They never treated the area and we spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of the infestation. I tried contacting the office about it and they never got back to me. We tried taking our dog to the dog park, but we couldn't stay there long because it smelled like dog and cat pee so strongly my eyes started watering. People never picked up after their dogs, there were always parties at the pool, and trash was always everywhere. We had issues of spiders and June bugs getting into our apartment and we had a wasp problem on our back patio. It would take them the whole day, if not two days to pick up trash. There was literally a CHAIR in the tree next to my apartment for the entire time I lived there. We finally move out and now they are trying to charge me $600 for cleaning when my husband and I spent weeks cleaning that apartment after we moved out (we moved out a month early, but still paid utilities and rent). My deposit should cover anything else that was left over, but miraculously it only covers half of what they are asking for. There are many other apartments near by that would be much better choices for many reasons. If you rent here, you are doing yourself a huge disservice and wasting your own money. PLEASE RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Hello the Barons team is so caring and thoughtful they even put a move in gift in my apartment. They had break Read Morefast at the gate today I hope they continue this every mont.

We have received very poor service when maintenance is required on the apartment, it takes several calls to ge Read Moret Maintenance to come over. We get to the point where we need to speak to a manager in order to get things done. I invite you to review my account in which we have not been late on rental or water payments since we have lived here. So it seems that our Business isn't appreciated.

The utilities are ridiculous & keeping the trash off the property is awful. Location of the dumpster & mtce of Read More the trash area is an eyesore from the main street. It defaces the property & of course indicates the lack of concern for the mtce of the property. Residents place any & everything on the patio. Although the trash & gate makes the area look like a slum, the rent & utilities proves otherwise. Unwanted guests with loud music & trash always enter because the gate is constantly broken
