The staff here are super friendly and always respond to any and all issues very quickly and respectfully! The Read Moregrounds are kept up wonderfully! The Meadows is a great community with great neighbors! We've been residing here for eight years now and see absolutely no possible reason to leave! We love the feeling of being home when we pass through the gate!

I live right next to the Only Dumpster in the apartment complex. I was told that it is always kept clean. Well Read More, its Disgusting. Always over flows by Sunday night or Monday. It stinks and there are flies. They charge me 16.00 a month for trash pick up and its just wrong. I see people constantly throwing their trash out there even when its overflowing. These apartments really need a 2nd location for a Dumpster. Also, these apartments are old on the inside. Some are remodeled but mine isn't because I couldn't afford then upgrade. The tile is old and falling apart. I needed to replace my screen door. My replacement doesn't even fit the door size and always falls off.

Thank you for your feedback. We are addressing the trash left out on the wrong pick up schedule. Most residents are happy to comply once they know the correct pick up days. We added a parking program to ensure residents park in their garages. The parking was designed to have residents utilize their garage space for automobiles only. This frees up space outside once they park as the lease requires if they have a garage. We will continue to work to make everyones experience the best it can be.
When we rented the apartment we were told that they didn't have an apartment we could look at before we signed Read More the lease. So we were told it was 1200 square feet but then after we asked about it being a lot smaller than we were told they changed the floor plan they show potential residents. The day we moved in I informed them of s problem with the vent system where I put my dryer it took them several months to repair it properly. Then my oven never worked right and after never getting it fixed
