As another person commenting said, if you don't have to deal with the office staff, Sedona Ranch is great. The Read More apartments are nice and there is usually a good amount of parking. However, the staff drag their feet with any problem. When we first moved in someone hit the gate, the gate was broken for three months. So the "gated community" did nothing for you. Another issue was a pipe burst on January 1st, (admittedly not their fault) but they have yet to fix the issue nearly two months later causing an alarm to go off in our building all hours of the day and night. Sure if it's during office hours they will come give you some relief for a few hours, but if it's at night or the weekend I hope you either have some earplugs or are very good at tuning things out. Third, they send out all these papers about where you can and can't park and what happens if you park one of these places, but when a moving truck blocks your garage the response you get is, "what do you want me to do about it?" In conclusion, if you want to gamble and bet you can/will avoid anything out of the ordinary, give Sedona Ranch a shot. But if you want a front office that will help you out quickly when a problem occurs this is not the place for you.

It's a great place to live, if you don't have to deal with maintenance or management. The apartments are well Read Moreput together and nice to live in, it's just the people working there that make it a hassle.

The amenities are nice but make sure you understand that the business center is only available during the offi Read Morece hours (which isn't very convenient to the tenants). From the outside looking in everything looks wonderful, but the lack of communication between staff presents unnecessary problems.
