    I have lived on the property for a few years now and it's been an overall positive experience. Convenient location to local stores, restaurants as well as freeway access. Traffic has increased rapidly but that's to be expected with new businesses and land developing projects. Overall, the staff is polite however, one area of concern or opportunity for improvement that I have, would be the amount of turnover within the property staffing and the inconsistencies with personnel enforcing opinion or their own interpretation policy opposed to adhering to property policies and elements of leasing terms. This may be something that could be addressed and remedied with staff training or an on-boarding mentorship process.

    I would advise my them that quality security peace of mind plenty parking peaceful environment quite and safety overrides living to cheap in risky places taking chances when you you can step up and live better and a better quality of life to where you don't have to worry about your stay where you pay rent. They have a full time maintenance team that are very efficient. Also the Villa has active Courtsey Officer who Patrols and will come out and investigate any problems.

    This complex is not safe! It is not clean! And the constantly rotating staff lead by the manager Jessica King are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Just a few of the issues we encountered that were either not handled at all, or handled poorly were -Bad AC unit, leading to $500 electric bills every month for 3 months until it was finally fixed -Leak that flooded our living, dining room, and saturated the surrounding walls from a mistake when the AC unit was replaced -Roaches coming from every drain in the apartment...while we were paying for "weekly pest control" -Cars broken into literally in front of our garage door (I believe there were 14 in all) -Packages stolen from our front door and many of our neighbors -Packages "lost" when delivered to the office -Garage door sensor broken so the garage wouldn't close half the time without a battle -Door to the apartment from the garage had a bad seal, once it was "fixed" door wouldn't close at all unless the deadbolt was locked -Screws left on the floor of the garage while tepairing the door that almost punctured my husbands tire -Heater was broken for the coldest days of the winter...they fixed it the next week. -Trash was piled up in the stairwells and hallways outside daily! Smelled so bad you couldn't even walk through without gagging -Dead animals in the wall...literally -SUV left up on bricks for over a week after the tires were stolen -Gate the "secure" complex constantly stuck open -Doorway through the gate so badly damaged it was left chained -Gate to the pool broken so it was never secured I'm sure I am missing many more lovely features of this complex but I'm sure you get the idea. Please if you hear of anyone thinking of living there, warn them so they do not have to go through what we did. All while dealing with Jessica who was rude, dismissive, incompetent, and acted as though all of her tenants with any issues were nothing but a nuisance.
