I have been here for a couple of years and am still happy living here. Before moving here I read all the reviews, but am glad I didn't buy into the low star reviews.Other apartments I have looked at and also lived at seemed clean and appealing until move-in.but had roaches, ants and other vermin. I haven't had ANY problems with those things. Any maintenance items are PROMPTLY taken care of, and the office staff is always friendly and THEY LISTEN when I call them about any community concerns. They have a tech amenity which means you pay them for your internet and cable included with rent. It is cheaper than getting internet yourself and great service! Yesterday the wifi went down in my building. Morgan was awesome getting in contact with Spectrum to get the problem fixed ASAP! She even stayed way after business hours to make sure the problem would be taken care of! Thanks, Holly, Ashley, Cody and Morgan for all you do every day!

The management company has talked behind my back and said I am a problem tenant for reporting things. They will smile in your face one minute and then try and figure out a way to ignore you when repairs are needed. What is wrong with the property has nothing to do with the tenants, but the style of management and the ownership. They are very deceptive in how they present things and do things. One maintenance man told me he was quiting because he couldn't work in an environment where they had to lie so much. He said they had around 250 undone work request. Of course all residents will not say that the things I am saying because they became friends with management and sucked up to them and they gave them different treatment. How long should work request take? One month? Two months? Three months? Never? Well that is the case. Report an issue and it's put on the back burner with no regard to the inconvenience to the tenant. If you move here you are required to use their internet/TV system which doesn't work that well. I am currently charged $70 per month. I don't watch TV and rarely use the internet. There are approximately 7 to 10 additional charges besides your rent based on talking with other tenants and reviewing my own charges. The water is metered. I had higher bills when I was not home than when I was home. Figure that one out. Also there were two vacant units when I received higher bills. I can say the management is not professional but I am speaking of dress code and call back/response. They do what they can to ignore you because corporate or the owners have put a lock on what they can spend based on what gets done and doesn't get done I am assuming. Don't believe the responses that say come in and we can talk about it. That's just a formality and the nice thing to do. I've attempted to come in several times to discuss things and was told no one was there to discuss anything. NOTHING will be done.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE STEPPING FOOT INTO THIS "SO CALLED APARTMENTS" I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I hate how it makes you give them a star. This place deserves ZERO STARS! I cant speak for everyone but the guy I dealt with (Cody) was absolutely HORRIBLE he does not care about you, is very rude, un-professional and treats you as if you are a bother and not "good enough to live here. As stated in almost ALL the reviews on here everyone has had a problem with this place so DON'T waste your time with them there are much better places to live that care! Courtney Manor needs a uhaul with there staff starting with him! They have more bad reviews than good on just about every apartment website you can find.
